A career change prompted me to dive into an individual leadership- & coaching-process with Britta. With a lot of empathy, she helped me to better understand my status quo, to develop inspiring goals and to implement them for me and my team.
Her rich experience in the most diverse business areas helped me a lot in recognizing and naming structures. I have grown personally, my horizons have been highly extended and I was able to redefine my priorities. This enabled me to focus on my tasks, to lead my team resiliently and strongly during the COVID pandemic, but above all to release my creativity as an architect and branch manager.
Britta accompanied me in a very personal and individual coaching and helped me to find my way.
